I’m a fan of videograbber, it gives me much convenience when I grab online videos. Today, I’d like to tell you some other ways to grab videos, show their benefits and drawbacks simply. :D

    1. Browser plugin. Video DownloadHelper for Firefox, Flash Video Download for Google Chrome. They can download videos from popular sites like YouTube, Dailymotion etc.
    2. RealPlayer. I suppose many people installed this media player on you PCs. This tool is effectively but cannot download encoded videos off net.
    3. Zamzar. It can download and convert videos, works fine at most time. Yet, it has video size limitation.

Do you have different methods to free grab online video. Share with us, thank you!

Hello, thank you for sharing, i do love it. But the way I wanna share is keepvid.com, a free and flexible tool for online video download. Just like videograbber, it supports hd formats to choose. After inputting the video URL, you will get the real video file.

    Hope this helps. :)

Except of videograbber, i also use VLC player to grab online videos.
Like RealPlayer, it is one of the best media players.
It can grab online videos from many sites.
What’s more, it is able to do some video editing jobs.
If you want to grab online videos with a player, I would recommend you VLC.
Of course, specialized video downloader has more advantages when you try to download an online video.
