    This indicate there is error whiling fetch the video download URL, in this situation, you can clear the web browser cache, the Java cache and restart your web browser and reload the page again.
    If it still doesn’t work, please tell us the video URL, our technicians will fix it ASAP.

    You also need to enable Java before you download videos on this site.
    Check how to enable Java in your browser.

    I’m having a very similar problem but mine is at 10%. I have done everything I can think of from deleted all temporary files and cookie. Even cleared the web browser cache, the Java cache and restart my web browser but it is still doing the same thing. It is not only one URL it’s everyone one that I have tried.

    Hello mrnascar1987,

    Thank you for your feedback, and I understand the issues that you have addressed. I tested all of your given links on my browser and it seems working very well. But I guess the problem should be in your Java and browser, if you are using firefox, you have to activate all plugins to fully load Java applet, or it will be stuck “Loading java applet…( 10% )”.

    And if you are Google Chrome user, the Java will load completely while clicking “Always run on this site”. Hope it helps you out.

    This is especially workable for sites like YouTube, Vimeo and many others.
