You must make sure that all the settings are perfect. Firstly, tick the with audio option. Otherwise, the software will only record picture but not sound. Then, choose the sound source as system sound. If you choose microphone, the software can’t record audio in the video.

You can use the free program Wireshark to download Silverlight video directly, without screen-grabbing.
